Cheese and Wine Tasting At Penn Mac
What: Slow Food Pittsburgh Member David Sunseri invites us to attend an Italian Cheese and Wine Tasting with Elizabeth Bland, The Cheese Mistress.
She is appearing as his guest at the Restaurant Show at the Convention Center April 5-7, where she will be demonstrating and conducting samplings for the restaurateurs.
David has arrranged with Elizabeth to have a tasting of Italian cheeses and their long local traditions at Penn Mac, Penn Avenue on the Strip. Matching wines will be served, along with bread, olives, salumi and plenty of Italian hospitality.
