 "Post Soul and the Future of Black Cuisine" Patricia Clark, Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing, SUNY Oswego

 "Recipes to Remember: Cookbooks at the Heinz History Center" Jody Barnhart, MAFS candidate in Food Studies at Chatham

Edible Book Festival - 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Following the panel, head over to the JKM Library for refreshments and to view entries in the Edible Book Festival, which will be judged by our panelists and popular vote.
