We're celebrating high summer with Chef David Bulman's local, seasonal menu. Reserve quickly as seating, only 26, is very limited for this special night.

MENU:

--Sampling of tomato varieties

--Ricotta gnocchi with sweet corn textures and chanterelle mushrooms

--House-made ciabatta / house- made butter / sel gris

 --Serenity Hill Berkshire pork with ratatouille, roasted pepper confit and red wine pan sauce

(*Vegetarian Option: Sprouted farro in vegetable consomme with ratatouille and roasted pepper confit. Please specify veg option when registering.)

--Peach textures with buttermilk biscuit and fresh cream

ABOUT CHEF

David is an alumnus of Thomas Keller's The French Laundry. Before launching his catering company, Plated Trade, he cooked locally at Bona Terra and Verde Mexican Kitchen. He is now focusing on Quickhatch, which offers options from coffee to brunch to chef's table dinners.
