5:55 - Doors Open  

6:00-6:30 - Cocktail Hour Passed hors d’oeuvres Cocktail: House-fermented ginger soda, Boyd & Blair Vodka, apple cider kombucha Please request non-alcoholic cocktail option at time of reservation.   

6:45 - Dinner Please request vegetarian option at time of reservation - Amuse: Preserved black trumpet mushroom pudding, sour cream crisp, wild chive

- 1st: Sunchoke textures, wild garlic, shagbark hickory foam    Add-on: Oregon black truffle - $22. Please request at time of reservation 

- 2nd: Garden salad - all seasonal veg, shaved, pickled, roasted, etc

- 3rd: Dry aged, hay smoked duck breast, duck sausage, spelt porridge, puffed duck skin, lavender-honey glaze, preserved quince   Add-on: Foie gras torchon - $25. Please request at time of reservation 

- 4th: Carrot cake, goat cheese pudding, whipped maple, walnut praline, carrot powder
