Cosh is planning a special party with ethnic delights, epicurian and cultural.

What: Traditional Multi-Course Dinner (BYO), Turkish music by Ishtar, belly dancing by Genim

When: Sunday June 7 5:30 social hour witih appetizers. Dinner about 7. One seating for all.

Where: Istanbul Grille, 5501 Centre Avenue at S. Graham Street, Shadyside

Price: $25 plus tax & gratuity. BYO

Menu:
Mezze platter: family-style Turkish appetizers--hummus, baba ganoush, spicy veggie dip with nuts; red beans, tabouli & Cosh's market day inventions.

Speciality : Crispy zucchini pancakes

Entree: Karni Yarik--silky sauteed eggplant topped with ground lamb (or vegetables), served with toasty bulgur and Turkish green salad.

Dessert and Turkish teas.
