Our greens are greener: Green garlic, garlic scapes, Italian dandelion, Asian senposai large-leaf green, Savoy-like Yukina cabbage, purple stemmed Mizuna, Broccoli raab, turnip greens, arugula, lambsquarters, escarole, endive, lettuce heads, pea greens, spinach, salad mix, red Russian kale, green kale, Swiss chard, bok choy, braising greens.

Fresh cut herbs: Cilantro, watercress parsley, garlic chives, spearmint, balsam mint, dill, oregano, thyme, French tarragon, limited basil, French sorrel, Greek oregano (dry some for a pungent treat), chives, rosemary, edible flowers.

Mushrooms: chanterelles, limited porcini, winecaps.
